Thyme Biscuits

I made a couple of biscuits last night to eat with some of the beef stew I'd put in the freezer.
I used the same recipe as last time and added about 1/4 teaspoon of dried thyme. I also kneaded the dough a bit before shaping it and it did help make them less crumbly.
