Last night's pizza was just perfect. I took all the ripe tomatoes from the garden and made some saucesauce, mashing it with a potato masher as it cooked so I wouldn't have to blend it. Meanwhile, I made a double batch of my favorite doughdough and shredded some mozzarella cheese. So simple. We washed it down with some oktoberfest while catching up on missed episodes of Mad Men. A good night all around.
