Mango-Pineapple Salsa
This is delicious with grilled pork, jerk chicken, or just scooped up with tortilla chips.
1 1/2 cups mango, diced
1 1/2 cups pineapple, diced (1/4 of a pineapple)
1/4 red bell pepper
1 small jalapeño
1 tbsp chopped cilantro
juice from 1 lime
pinch of salt
Combine ingredients and refrigerate at least 2 hours to let the flavors meld.
